Reservations Agent

Canaves Collection, one of the leading luxury hotel brands, is currently seeking a Reservations Agent to join our dedicated team. As a Reservations Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by handling reservations and inquiries.

Canaves Collection is known for its collection of luxury properties, including Canaves Ena, Canaves Oia Suites & Spa, Sunday Suites, and the newly opened Canaves Epitome. Located in the picturesque village of Oia on the beautiful Santorini Island, our properties are renowned for their elegance and world-class service.

In this role, you will report to the Reservations Manager and be responsible for managing bookings, dealing with client inquiries, and providing personalized assistance to guests. You will communicate with guests via phone and email, ensuring their needs and preferences are met to deliver an unforgettable stay.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel
• Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Greek language is preferred
• Knowledge of a third language is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio), and online booking platforms
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
