Reservations Agent
Luxury Collection Marriott Zakynthos
As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations effectively while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position requires exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and hotel services to guests.
- Handle modifications and cancellations of bookings professionally.
- Work closely with the front office and sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences.
- Ensure a seamless and personalized experience for guests.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reservations or front office role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
