About the role

**SPARK Sky Residence** stands for exceptional temporary living – combining hospitality-level service with iconic architecture, breathtaking views, and curated experiences.

As a **Residence & Luxury Living Consultant | SPARK Sky Residence**, you will advise international guests, corporate clients, brokers, and partners seeking premium short- and long-stay solutions in one of Berlin's most unique residences.

You will develop relationships with luxury brokers, conduct viewings, coordinate inquiries and bookings, and ensure every guest journey reflects the SPARK standard.

Your goal: to turn prospects into long-term ambassadors through exceptional service, trust, and attention to detail.

Tasks

  • Advising individual clients, companies, brokers, and partners on **Luxury Living, Short-Stay, and Corporate Residence** products
  • Managing the entire **sales cycle** – from inquiry and viewing to proposal, booking, and guest onboarding
  • Developing and managing a network of **brokers, relocation agencies, family offices, and referral partners**
  • Conducting professional **viewings, residence tours, and client presentations**
  • Creating and presenting **tailored living, hospitality, and experience packages**
  • Coordinating incoming **event and residence inquiries** in close collaboration with the SPARK team
  • Maintaining booking systems and CRM (**HubSpot / Supabase**)
  • Collaborating closely with **Operations, Guest Relations, Events, and Marketing**
  • Building long-term client relationships with a focus on repeat bookings and referrals
  • Monitoring market developments and trends in the fields of **Luxury Hospitality, Serviced Apartments, and Lifestyle Living**

Requirements

  • Completed education or degree in **Hospitality, Real Estate, Business, Sales, or Hospitality Management**
  • **5–10 years of experience** in luxury hospitality, serviced apartments, premium real estate, residences, hotels, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Experience interacting with **high-net-worth individuals, executives, entrepreneurs, or international guests**
  • Affinity for architecture, design, hospitality, and premium experiences
  • Excellent English skills; German skills and additional languages are a plus
  • Structured, detail-oriented work approach and strong organizational capabilities
  • Confident appearance, excellent communication skills, and natural host qualities
