Company Description The Train Control Upgrade Project (TCUP) is an SFMTA capital project which invests in the Muni Metro rail system by replacing the nearly 30-year-old Automatic Train Control System (ATCS) in the subway with a new Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC) system.
