<p>Support vulnerable children and young people in a residential care setting, promoting their physical and emotional well-being and helping them achieve positive outcomes in life.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to residents</li>
<li>Assist with daily routines, education, and leisure activities</li>
<li>Record and report observations accurately</li>
<li>Promote safeguarding and child protection</li>
<li>Work closely with families, social workers, and other professionals</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Essential Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)</li>
<li>Previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>A full UK driving license (often preferred or required)</li>
<li>Enhanced DBS check</li>
