About the role
For an international hospitality brand: Store Manager
Responsibilities
- Own full P&L performance of the store, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team, fostering a high-performance and engaging working environment.
- Ensure operational excellence across food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer experience.
- Oversee compliance with all health & safety, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage hiring, employee relations, and team development in line with company standards.
- Drive performance through KPIs, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
- Maintain strong communication with central leadership and support strategic initiatives.
- Represent the brand at a local level, ensuring alignment with its culture and identity.
- Support new initiatives, launches, and potential expansion activities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in hospitality or food & beverage operations.
- Proven experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and retain teams.
- Solid understanding of operational standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial mindset and business acumen.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
