About the role
<p>The Fried Frank London office are currently recruiting for a Restructuring Associate (2-3 PQE / Class of 2022-2023). The successful Associate will work closely with private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers. They will engage in cross-border and UK restructurings across various industry sectors, providing strategic solutions and support.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the management and execution of restructuring projects.</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement restructuring strategies.</li>
<li>Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support restructuring initiatives.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting restructurings.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2-3 PQE (Class of 2022-2023) with relevant experience in restructuring or finance.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects.</li>
<li>Knowledge of cross-border and U.K. restructuring processes.</li>
</ul>
