This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leader who enjoys coaching others, building customer relationships, and contributing to a positive and engaging store culture.</p> <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, and achieve store goals. You'll be a hands-on leader who inspires excellence, fosters customer loyalty, and helps bring the cabi brand to life.</p> <h4>Key Responsibilities</h4> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized styling, client engagement, and relationship-building</li> <li>Support sales growth by helping achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and key metrics</li> <li>Assist in developing and executing action plans that drive store performance and profitability</li> <li>Build lasting customer relationships through active clienteling and outreach initiatives</li> <li>Support local marketing efforts and community engagement opportunities</li> <li>Help recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop store team members</li> <li>Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment</li> <li>Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with cabi brand standards</li> <li>Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor while supporting customers and team members</li> <li>Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, stock organization, and operational procedures</li> <li>Support cash handling, store records, banking procedures, and overall operational compliance</li> <li>Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence</li> <li>Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and provide leadership support to the team</li> </ul> <h3>What We're Looking For</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, retail supervisor, or similar leadership role</li> <li>Passion for fashion, customer service, and team development</li> <li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills</li> <li>Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees</li> <li>Experience analyzing sales performance and key business metrics</li> <li>Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications</li> <li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Dependable, professional, and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment</li> <li>Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Associate degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience</li> <li>2–3 years of retail leadership experience preferred</li> </ul> <h3>Physical Requirements</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods</li> <li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed</li> <li>Comfortable using ladders or step stools</li> <li>Ability to work in a retail environment with varying customer traffic and activity levels</li> </ul> <strong></strong></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Joining Cabi means more than stepping into a role, it’s stepping into a mission.
