<p><span data-contrast="auto">We’re looking for a </span><span data-contrast="none">retailer facing <strong>Senior Client Lead</strong> on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with a strong personalisation and activation focus </span><span data-contrast="auto">who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to become a trusted partner and work hand in hand with Tesco’s </span><span data-contrast="none">Insight, Personalisation and Media </span><span data-contrast="auto">teams. You’ll work in partnership with data scientists to develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour and continue to drive customer‑centricity and deliver business value to both Tesco and dunnhumby.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">Experience building strong client relationships and managing stakeholders, establishing trust with new and existing clients to become a true partner.</span></span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">Strong understanding of personalisation, loyalty or media proposition mechanics, and the levers retailers can use to drive customer relevance at speed and scale.</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">Experience unlocking commercial value through more relevant and timely products, services or experiences for customers.</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">Ability to identify opportunities for increased supplier investment, measurement and optimisation.</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">Experience analysing data to solve challenging problems and deliver business </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">value;</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet"> confident translating insight into clear, compelling messages.</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">A natural problem solver, with a sharp, curious mind and the confidence to proactively pursue opportunities.</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues.</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet">Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives for different stakeholders and deliver work on schedule.</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
