IN A NUTSHELL… The District Manager is responsible for leading multiple dispensary locations to achieve sales, profitability, compliance, and customer experience goals across a defined region. They are a critical link between corporate strategies and field execution, supporting store leadership in building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence. font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve or exceed budgeted sales goals and profitability. <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Lead and monitor district KPIs including Sales, AOV, IPT, conversion, single line items transactions, discount %, gross margin, and customer retention.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Oversee district P&L performance, focusing on controllable expenses and strategies to reduce OPEX.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Analyze sales and market trends to identify business opportunities and develop strategic action plans.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Partner with store managers to develop bi-weekly Gameplans for stores trending below 90% to goal.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Conduct consistent 30- and 60-day follow-ups with the Director of Retail on KPIs, productivity, turnover, compliance, and SOP performance.</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Leadership, Talent Development & Performance Management <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Champion leadership development by mentoring, coaching, and building a high-performing bench of Store Managers.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Require Conducting bi-weekly store visits, evaluating leadership effectiveness, team performance, and store execution.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Identify and implement development plans for all management staff across the district.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Attract, recruit, and retain top talent while building a succession plan across all locations.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Ensure consistent onboarding, training, and certification across stores in partnership with HR and leadership.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Lead with accountability and integrity, aligned with company values and culture.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Review and support customer feedback metrics (e.g., online reviews) and coach teams for improvement.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Maintain a strong presence across locations to ensure customer-first execution and adherence to brand standards.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;">Follow through on escalated customer concerns across the district to ensure resolution and satisfaction.</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
