The District Manager (DM) serves as the senior regional leader for the Southeast Minnesota Region, responsible for the performance, operations, compliance, training execution, and culture across four or more retail dispensary locations. This role oversees General Managers at each location, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic goals.
