As a Key Carrier, you'll play an important role in daily store operations and help support the success of both the team and the business.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <h3>Customer Experience &amp; Sales</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling experiences</li> <li>Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling and customer outreach</li> <li>Support sales goals and key performance metrics</li> <li>Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor while assisting customers and supporting teammates</li> <li>Assist with phone orders and customer inquiries</li> </ul> <h3>Leadership &amp; Team Support</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment</li> <li>Support daily store operations and task execution</li> <li>Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned</li> <li>Lead by example through outstanding customer service, teamwork, and accountability</li> <li>Communicate effectively with store leadership and team members</li> </ul> <h3>Store Operations</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Support merchandising, inventory management, and shipment processing</li> <li>Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and presentation standards</li> <li>Assist with cash handling, banking procedures, and operational processes</li> <li>Work independently or as part of a team to meet business needs</li> <li>Support additional store initiatives and projects as needed</li> </ul> <h2>What We're Looking For</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Previous retail experience as a Sales Associate, Key Holder, Supervisor, or similar role preferred</li> <li>Passion for fashion and customer service</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and support others</li> <li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills</li> <li>Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office programs</li> <li>Ability to handle cash and store assets responsibly</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li> <li>At least one year of retail experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li> </ul> <h2>Physical Requirements</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods</li> <li>Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds</li> <li>Ability to use ladders and step stools as needed</li> </ul> <h2>Schedule</h2> <p>Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional solo coverage as business needs require.</p> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Joining Cabi means more than stepping into a role, it’s stepping into a mission.
