If you’re a team player who’s dedicated to delivering top-quality results every day, then we want you to come cook with us!</p> <p><strong>Summary:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p class="p2">Oversees the Retail Sales Operations team that services Traeger’s national / big box accounts. This manager will oversee day-</p> <p class="p2">to-day operational tasks, ensure the team is well represented and advocated for cross-functionally, serve as the point</p> <p class="p2">person for escalations and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a best-in-class experience for our</p> <p class="p2">customers. Success in this role will require strong leadership skills, technical abilities, a service-oriented mindset and a</p> <p class="p2">strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely.</p> <p class="p1"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <p class="p2">• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for the Retail Sales Operations team, ensuring consistent execution of</p> <p class="p2">core operational functions.</p> <p class="p2">• Develop, implement, and manage short- and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures</p> <p class="p2">for the Retail Sales Operations function.</p> <p class="p2">• Monitor, analyze, and report on operational KPIs as directed by leadership; implement process</p> <p class="p2">improvements to achieve performance targets.</p> <p class="p2">• Partner with leadership to provide insights, recommendations, and guidance related to new or revised</p> <p class="p2">operating policies, practices, and procedures.</p> <p class="p2">• Serve as the Retail Sales Operations representative in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Planning, IT,</p> <p class="p2">Logistics, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless order flow and operational alignment.</p> <p class="p2">• Manage and resolve escalations within the Retail Sales Operations group; independently resolve issues where</p> <p class="p2">appropriate and escalate to leadership when necessary.</p> <p class="p2">• Oversee team workload to ensure balanced and equitable account assignments; proactively identify capacity</p> <p class="p2">challenges and recommend adjustments.</p> <p class="p2">• Manage team scheduling and time-off planning; ensure coverage and operational continuity</p> <p class="p2">• Ensure all core Retail Sales Operations responsibilities are executed effectively, including but not limited to order</p> <p class="p2">management, customer, chargeback dispute resolution, pricing validation, and vendor portal maintenance.</p> <p class="p2">• Play a critical role in ensuring item attributes and master data are accurately set up and maintained within</p> <p class="p2">customer and account portals within established lead times.</p> <p class="p2">• Hold team members accountable for understanding, resolving, and preventing customer chargebacks.</p> <p class="p2">• Own and drive overall OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance across assigned Retail Sales Operations accounts.</p> <p class="p2">• Maintain a strong knowledge of national account requirements to support successful operational execution.</p> <p class="p2">• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment that promotes accountability, teamwork, and</p> <p class="p2">efficient conflict resolution.</p> <p class="p2">• Act as a key stakeholder in the hiring and selection process for the Retail Sales Operations team.</p> <p class="p2">• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including overseeing onboarding for new hires and conducting</p> <p class="p2">quarterly and annual performance reviews.</p> <p class="p2">• Serve as a collaborative partner and advocate when working with both internal and external stakeholders.</p> <p class="p1"><strong>What you'll need to succeed:</strong></p> <p class="p2">• Direct experience managing, leading, and coaching a team of 8–10 team members minimum, with a focus on</p> <p class="p2">performance, accountability, professional development and operational excellence.</p> <p class="p2">• Direct experience in Operations managing relationships with national key account partners.</p> <p class="p2">• Experience using CRM and ERP systems to manage workflows, analyze data, and support cross-functionaloperational needs.</p> <p class="p2">• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis to</p> <p class="p2">support reporting and decision-making.</p> <p class="p2">• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment and respond effectively to changing priorities.</p> <p class="p2">• Proven capability to multitask and manage competing demands while maintaining accuracy and attention to</p> <p class="p2">detail.</p> <p class="p2">• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and</p> <p class="p2">leadership levels.</p> <p class="p2">• Demonstrated ability to think holistically, evaluate complex situations, and make sound, timely decisions that</p> <p class="p2">support both operational and business objectives.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why You Will Love To Work Here:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be part of the most disruptive force in outdoor cooking</li> <li>Join a true team working towards a common goal</li> <li>Culture of risk-taking, innovation &amp;
