This role is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and generating sales across all Florida Panthers retail operations, including hockey games and concerts.</p> <hr> <h2>Essential Functions</h2> <ul> <li>Provide general customer service and assist customers with buying decisions</li> <li>Drive and increase sales volume across retail outlets</li> <li>Monitor inventory and support theft prevention efforts</li> <li>Maintain store appearance and cleanliness at all times</li> <li>Assist with merchandising and creating product displays</li> <li>Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and professionally</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Sales experience preferred; retail sales experience a plus</li> <li>High school diploma preferred</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Comfortable handling cash and credit transactions responsibly</li> <li>Professional appearance and presentation</li> <li>Bilingual preferred</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Work Environment</h2> <p>This position works in an arena where the noise level is generally high, crowd traffic is heavy, and temperatures are variable — often cold. Lights are bright or dark with occasional exposure to flashing lights and pyrotechnics.</p> <hr> <h2>Position Type / Expected Hours of Work</h2> <p>This is a part-time, event-based position.
