About the role
Job purpose
Responsible for driving fuel, lubricants sales and NFR income on sites in his/her geographical area and ensuring optimum site and service standards.
Duration: 1 year
Principle Accountabilities
- Manage site operating standards and processes for geographical area under his/her responsibility, ensuring consistent delivery of the Shell Customer Commitment and compliance.
- Maximize all sales potential by applying retailing principles and processes, including fuels, lubricants, LPG, Shell card, NFR offers.
- Drive customer loyalty.
- Manage key Retail economic levers to maximize site profitability and income.
- Deliver Sales & Operations targets for geographical area through regular reviews and appropriate action plans.
- Ensure compliance with the Site Operations/HSSE standards, contracts and manuals.
- Effectively manage relationships with retailers.
- Participate in recruitment, selection and development of the right Retailer.
- Manage site performance and administration through coaching, supporting and performance.
- Ensure completion of trainings earmarked for retailer and site staff.
- Ensure integrity of VE assets on site.
Key Challenges
- Ability to motivate retailers to deliver the targets.
- Maintain optimum site and service standards on all sites.
- Ability to operate efficiently within a multifunctional team.
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering or Sales & Marketing
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze trade area information to deliver business solutions
- Good negotiation skills
- Valid drivers’ license
