As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily store operations while creating a positive, high-performing culture that reflects the cabi brand.</p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Lead and inspire a customer-focused retail team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences</li> <li>Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities, and creating action plans to exceed goals</li> <li>Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop employees to build a strong and successful team</li> <li>Create a positive, motivating, and accountable work environment</li> <li>Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling, outreach, and personalized service</li> <li>Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, payroll management, and labor efficiency</li> <li>Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and brand-aligned</li> <li>Manage inventory accuracy, shipment processing, loss prevention, and operational procedures</li> <li>Handle store financial responsibilities including banking, petty cash, expense management, and reporting</li> <li>Utilize company marketing tools and platforms to support local marketing initiatives and customer engagement</li> <li>Communicate effectively with corporate partners, outlet management teams, and store employees</li> <li>Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a hands-on leadership approach</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills</li> <li>Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop retail teams</li> <li>Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPI tracking, and performance management</li> <li>Experience with retail POS systems and inventory management software</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Outlook, and Word</li> <li>Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Passion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable customer experiences</li> <li>Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed</li> </ul> <h2>Why You’ll Love Working Here</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Opportunity to lead within a nationally recognized fashion brand</li> <li>Supportive, collaborative, and team-oriented culture</li> <li>Ability to make a direct impact on store performance and team success</li> <li>Fast-paced and engaging retail environment</li> <li>Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development</li> <li>A role where your creativity, leadership, and customer relationships truly matter</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications &amp; Experience</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience</li> <li>3–4 years of retail management experience preferred</li> </ul> <h2>Physical Requirements</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, operating retail and office equipment, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
