<p data-start="433" data-end="632">To support peak season operations, we’re seeking engaging, customer-focused <strong>Retail Supervisors</strong> to support the day-to-day operations of our retail and gift shop environment. In this role, <em><strong>you’ll help lead the sales floor, support team performance, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure every guest interaction is welcoming, seamless, and memorable.</strong></em></p>

<li data-section-id="1mxqcl7" data-start="2097" data-end="2169">Support inventory control, cycle counts, and loss prevention efforts</li>
<li data-section-id="8l8tdt" data-start="2170" data-end="2245">Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership</li>

<li data-section-id="1nfdps1" data-start="2975" data-end="3054">1–2 years of retail, merchandising, or customer-facing experience preferred</li>
<li data-section-id="j5n4h7" data-start="3055" data-end="3114">Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus</li>
<li data-section-id="12l85ga" data-start="3115" data-end="3200">Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS systems and retail technology</li>
<li data-section-id="1rj7c81" data-start="3201" data-end="3280">Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods</li>
