<p>As a <strong>Revenue Growth Manager </strong><strong>(gn)</strong> you will define and drive the pricing strategy across our B2B business. You will establish pricing and trade term frameworks, set clear guardrails for commercial decisions, and ensure a consistent and scalable approach to how we invest and grow. You will work closely with Key Account Managers, Finance and Commercial Steering to enable fact-based decisions and drive profitable growth.</p>

<h3><strong>Your mission</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="drsasw" data-start="134" data-end="272">You define and further develop pricing and trade term structures across brands, channels, and customers in Germany and internationally</li>
<li data-section-id="13lri9b" data-start="273" data-end="395">You set and enforce commercial guardrails (e.g. discount levels, trade terms, promo rules) to ensure margin discipline</li>
<li data-section-id="1rx0z5c" data-start="396" data-end="494">You develop and steer annual negotiations, including frameworks, targets, and offer structures</li>
<li data-section-id="uqcf57" data-start="495" data-end="631">You drive trade spend strategy and effectiveness and define how investments are allocated across discounts, promotions, and displays</li>
<li data-section-id="1cpt94o" data-start="632" data-end="746">You define clear rules for promotional activities (depth, frequency, mechanics) to support value-driven growth</li>
<li data-section-id="g75arz" data-start="747" data-end="868">You own and maintain pricing and trade term setups in systems (e.g. SAP), ensuring consistency with agreed conditions</li>
<li data-section-id="1gdnl4x" data-start="869" data-end="976">You collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Finance, and Brand teams on Revenue Growth decisions</li>

<h3>Your experience & skills</h3>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="rv3lme" data-start="1001" data-end="1145">You bring 5+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Excellence, or a similar role within FMCG or a comparable industry</li>
<li data-section-id="ywukj8" data-start="1146" data-end="1268">You have proven experience working with pricing, trade terms, and promotional mechanics in a B2B or retail environment</li>
<li data-section-id="1dr6hhv" data-start="1269" data-end="1388">You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude with a focus on fast execution</li>
<li data-section-id="wkpkhn" data-start="1389" data-end="1472">You are able to structure and manage complex projects and processes effectively</li>
<li data-section-id="9vrqd4" data-start="1473" data-end="1608">You have solid knowledge of Excel and feel comfortable building and maintaining models, deriving insights, and automating workflows</li>
<li data-section-id="p02u7t" data-start="1609" data-end="1652">You communicate clearly and effectively</li>
<li data-section-id="1jnwr8g" data-start="1653" data-end="1700">You are fluent in English; German is a plus</li>
