<p data-start="173" data-end="358">Honor Foods is looking for a Revenue & Rebate Manager to lead our rebate operations, buying group programs, and financial program management activities from our Philadelphia office.</p>
<p data-start="360" data-end="428">This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing:</p>

<li data-section-id="y2m04q" data-start="454" data-end="483">Customer incentive programs</li>
<li data-section-id="1f9w9ii" data-start="484" data-end="513">Buying Group & GPO activity</li>
<li data-section-id="f51k0l" data-start="514" data-end="541">Financial reconciliations</li>
<li data-section-id="1ncp8r6" data-start="542" data-end="559">Claims recovery</li>
<li data-section-id="1xevmv1" data-start="560" data-end="578">Revenue tracking</li>
<li data-section-id="1tvjwya" data-start="579" data-end="601">Reporting & analysis</li>

<h2 data-section-id="1879f04" data-start="825" data-end="856">Leadership & Team Management</h2>
<p data-start="857" data-end="1036">β Lead and support Rebate and Data Control team members<br data-start="912" data-end="915">β Manage workflow, priorities, and department deadlines<br data-start="970" data-end="973">β Coach and develop team members while driving accountability</p>
<h2 data-section-id="y4ayai" data-start="1038" data-end="1068">Revenue & Rebate Operations</h2>
<p data-start="1069" data-end="1313">β Oversee vendor rebate and incentive programs<br data-start="1115" data-end="1118">β Manage rebate tracking, validation, and program maintenance<br data-start="1179" data-end="1182">β Ensure accurate financial recognition of rebate revenue and expenses<br data-start="1252" data-end="1255">β Review and reconcile rebate-related financial activity</p>
<h2 data-section-id="1qrm5pi" data-start="1315" data-end="1347">Claims, Collections & Payouts</h2>
<p data-start="1348" data-end="1517">β Oversee vendor rebate claims and recovery processes<br data-start="1401" data-end="1404">β Manage customer rebate payouts and credits<br data-start="1448" data-end="1451">β Resolve discrepancies, payment issues, and reporting variances</p>
<h2 data-section-id="1khk4lp" data-start="1519" data-end="1549">Buying Group & GPO Programs</h2>
<p data-start="1550" data-end="1721">β Manage Buying Group and GPO program administration<br data-start="1602" data-end="1605">β Reconcile program activity and member allocations<br data-start="1656" data-end="1659">β Track administrative fees and financial reporting activity</p>
<h2 data-section-id="1kqjr1y" data-start="1723" data-end="1756">Financial Reporting & Analysis</h2>
<p data-start="1757" data-end="2003">β Support accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close activities<br data-start="1824" data-end="1827">β Analyze rebate and program performance trends<br data-start="1874" data-end="1877">β Deliver reporting, forecasting, and financial insights to leadership<br data-start="1947" data-end="1950">β Support audits, compliance, and internal controls</p>
<h2 data-section-id="1xj544m" data-start="2005" data-end="2027">Process Improvement</h2>
<p data-start="2028" data-end="2239">β Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency<br data-start="2094" data-end="2097">β Help improve workflows, reporting, and financial accuracy<br data-start="2156" data-end="2159">β Leverage systems such as NetSuite, TrackMax, and Excel to drive improvements</p>

<h1 data-section-id="1282n7w" data-start="2246" data-end="2270">What Weβre Looking For</h1>
<p data-start="2272" data-end="2792">β Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)<br data-start="2359" data-end="2362">β 5+ years of experience in rebate, financial, or program management<br data-start="2430" data-end="2433">β Leadership or supervisory experience preferred<br data-start="2481" data-end="2484">β Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting<br data-start="2538" data-end="2541">β Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, TrackMax, or similar platforms<br data-start="2619" data-end="2622">β Advanced Excel and analytical skills<br data-start="2660" data-end="2663">β Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities<br data-start="2720" data-end="2723">β Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</p>
<p data-start="2794" data-end="2845">β Buying Group or GPO experience strongly preferred</p>
