Rewind Operator - 2nd Shift

Labelink, a leading custom flexographic label and packaging manufacturer, is seeking a motivated Finishing Operator to join our team. Pay is based off prior finishing/rewinding experience. 

• $1.00 an hour shift differential

Shift Information:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 pm – 12:30 am (paid 40-minute break) 
• Training: Conducted on 1st Shift (6:30 am – 2:30 pm) for 4-6 weeks
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rewinders to convert printed product into finished rolls according to work instructions
• Inspect product continuously to ensure all quality and customer specifications are met
• Package finished product into cartons and prepare pallets for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions
• Regularly able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
• Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision, with ability to adjust focus
