We are looking for an experienced RF engineer to lead the design and delivery of essential RF hardware and solutions for our cutting-edge products. Our design efforts include but are not limited to power amplifiers, frequency converters, LNAs, filters, and general RF circuitry. Position requires a deep understanding of RF engineering, hands-on expertise in advanced calculations, simulations and system testing, as well as exceptional leadership skills to mentor and manage the team effectively. In this role you will have the opportunity to influence product designs and oversee development from requirements generation all the way through research and production support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in RF/microwave system design, testing, and development.
  • Strong knowledge of RF measurement equipment and techniques.
  • Proficiency in RF simulation tools such as CST Studio Suite, HFSS, and AWR Microwave Office
  • Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring team members, and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to innovation, project management, and technical challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to produce precise and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead development efforts with a broad scale, long-term view, assessing options and implications in the best interest of our customers and our company.
  • Lead and assist in the planning, testing, and documentation of product performance against project requirements and industry standards.
  • Design RF devices such as low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, filters, frequency up- and down converters.
  • Mentor, and lead a high-performing team of RF engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
