Risk & Compliance Project Manager

<p>The Risk and Compliance Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects in Risk and Compliance and Cybersecurity teams to drive compliance and cybersecurity initiatives across the entire organization.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Managing projects:</p> <ul> <li>Manage project scope, including identification of key activities linked to compliance and cybersecurity requirements</li> <li>Manage the project timeline and project costs/resources</li> <li>Manage project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies</li> <li>Leverage approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to improve project planning, reporting, risk analysis, documentation, stakeholder communications, and overall project delivery efficiency.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled solutions to compliance, cybersecurity, risk management, and project management processes while ensuring alignment with organizational policies, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.</li> <li>Adhere to agreed project governance, steering, and change control processes</li> <li>Produce regular project reports and management updates</li> <li>Create and maintain project schedules and plans, and manage project tasks using standard InterSystems tools (AI tools, MS Project, MS Office, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence)</li> <li>Lead lessons learned activities and proactively implement lessons learned to new initiatives</li> </ul> <p>General strategies for compliance project management:</p> <ul> <li>Promote the effective use of AI technologies to enhance project outcomes, support data-driven decision making, and improve operational efficiency across Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Clinical Safety initiatives.</li> <li>Lead compliance improvement projects to ensure the consistent development and implementation of interdepartmental and cross-functional team projects</li> <li>Apply InterSystems project and change management principles to project management and lead initiatives for continued improvements</li> <li>Lead in the management and maintenance of a strong change control process throughout the duration of projects</li> <li>Lead planning sessions to facilitate production of plans and deliverables</li> </ul> <p>Demonstrate thorough skills and abilities the provision of support to the Cybersecurity, Risk &amp; Compliance and Clinical Safety teams and their objectives:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the completion of all tasks, including those of any third party partner according to the timeline</li> <li>Maintain focus on efficiency while managing the project time and costs/resources</li> <li>Provide advice and best practices to project team members</li> <li>Work proactively and collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and establish a culture of success and learning within the team</li> </ul> <p>Perform other related duties and activities as required.</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
