semiconductor industry experience or equivalent high-tech complex manufacturing experience</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, business continuity, risk management, or operational resilience within a global manufacturing environment</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and drive measurable improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
