Together, we do support, and we do it right.&nbsp;We’d love to have you with us.</p></div><p><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong><br><br>‍✔️ Liaise with players on account-related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care;<br>‍✔️ Analyse customer deposits and account categories to prevent fraud, correct errors, and resolve problems;<br>‍✔️ Analyse records of Affiliate account to ascertain whether there are any irregularities;<br>‍✔️ Suggest improvements to procedures and systems in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care;<br>‍✔️ Investigate financial irregularities on accounts;<br>‍✔️ Work with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud;<br>‍✔️ Help maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contact;<br>‍✔️ Investigate risk issues relating to third-party processors;<br>‍✔️ Check user history.<br><br><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><br>‍✔️ Basic knowledge of Risk/KYC/AML or Financial Services knowledge;<br>‍✔️ Strong logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach;<br>‍✔️ Decision-making and problem-solving skills;<br>‍✔️Good communication skills and ability to effectively deliver feedback;<br>‍✔️ Self-motivation;<br>‍✔️ Ability to perform well under tight deadlines within a dynamic environment;<br>‍✔️ Proficient command of Microsoft Office tools;<br>‍✔️ Proven aptitude for working in a team, as well as guiding and influencing others;<br><br><br><strong>Why our company?</strong><br><br></p> <ul> <li>Snacks in the Office;</li> <li>24 days of vacation per year;</li> <li>6 days of paid sick leave</li> <li>Attractive office location and facilities;</li> <li>Medical insurance;</li> <li>Breakfasts and lunches in the office (partially paid by the Company);</li> <li>Languages classes (partially paid by the Company);</li> <li>Social Club of the Company;</li> <li>Birthday, wedding and newborn gifts.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Your potential + our support = success.
