RITE Equipment Technician / Senior TechnicianFor equipment maintenance, equipment repair and troubleshooting, records and reports,documentation and standard operating procedures, cost efficiency, improvement, quality,safety and housekeeping with the objective of ensuring smooth business operations withindepartment guidelines and corporate policies. Required to perform 12-hour shift to support theproduction activities and assist Engineers in equipment improvement activities.12 hour shift ops support- Perform scheduled equipment maintenance accordance to standard operatingprocedure- Equipment repair and troubleshooting accordance to the standard operating procedureor under the guidance from engineers- Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment problems and assist in major repair andtroubleshooting- Propose improvements to SOP and explain the SOP to ensure Technicians and belowadhere to SOP- Maintain records of all shift related events and activities- Propose improvement to standard operating procedure- In order to minimize equipment downtime, improve equipment quality, reducemaintenance cost, conform to requirements and compliance to policies and internalguidelines.Improvement activities and quality aspect- Assist in cost reduction activities- Participate in improvement activities- React to and anticipate possible quality issues- Perform preventive actions- In order to achieve cost efficiency and effectiveness, improve overall standard of workand ensure quality of products and services.Educational Qualifications :- Diploma or NiTEC in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Microelectronics with at least1 year of relevant experienceTechnical / Job Knowledge :- Preference in any prior experience in maintenance of Implant, RTP (Rapid ThermalProcessing), PLA (Plasma) or Horizontal or Vertical Furnaces
