Responsibilities:
- Provide repair, service and customer support during onsite visit
- Configuration of Ceiling Fan/Digital Door Lock setup
- Work independently to diagnose and troubleshoot any onsite issues that arises at customer's place
- Record and update test report/ service report on a timely manner
- In-house repair and maintenance of Ceiling Fan, Digital Door Locks that is exchanged by customer
- Support warehouse disposal activity
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min 3 years of working experience as an onsite Ceiling Fan/Digital Door Lock Technician or relevant experience
- Driving License equivalent to Singapore Driving License
- Experience with electrical wiring and systems
- Comfortable with 6 days work week including weekend (rotated shift, 9am to 6pm)
- Willingness to perform overtime work when required
- Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT, Electronics or equivalent.
