About the role
Stadion is an agency providing web and app solutions to high end clients such as Premier League football clubs, Olympic and rugby clients as well as international sports federations and governing bodies. We are around 100 people, all remote (although we do have an office in London), spread across the UK and internationally.
Role: Existing product work
Challenges: We have tight time frames and need someone who can quickly get up to speed on the stuff we're doing.
We’re looking for:
- A strong grasp of React development in general.
- An autonomous problem solver and self starter who will use their own initiative and bring ideas to the table.
- An understanding of app store approvals and deployments is essential too.
A strong understanding of the key areas of an application’s architecture is also essential.
Some of those areas (with examples of frameworks we use) include:
● State management (Redux, Thunks, Sagas)
● Component styling and creation (Styled Components, Storybook)
● Component lifecycle (React hooks, memoization)
● Navigation (React Navigation)
● Screen structure and presentation (Flat lists, scroll views, modals, etc)
● API integrations (Axios, third party SDKs, etc)
Your skill set will include the following (or similar):
● Solid Javascript
● Typescript
● UI component development with React
● Styled Components
● Redux
● React Navigation
● React Native Testing Library
● App store deployments
● Native Mobile application experience
