Data collection is a critical component of building robotic intelligence, and we're looking for operators who have a high degree of attention to detail, ability to learn and follow instructions for new setups and tasks quickly, and a problem-solving attitude.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Operate robotic systems for assigned tasks (e.g., packing, insertion, assembly, etc.).</li> <li>Follow established procedures for teleoperation and data collection.</li> <li>Maintain efficiency, safety, and instructional accuracy in robotic operations.</li> <li>Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to optimize workflow.</li> <li>Adhere to company policies regarding workplace conduct and performance standards.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Physical ability to remain seated for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks</li> <li>Ability to communicate and follow instructions</li> <li>Baseline technical literacy</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Other Details</strong></h2> <ul> <li>This role requires you to be available for a minimum of 3 8-hour shifts per week.</li> <li>You will be expected to meet a bar of performance on both the quality and quantity of the data you collect.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Base Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$25</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$30 USD</span></div></div></div>
