If they feel like too much, this may not be the right climb - and that’s okay.</p> <h3><strong>Goal of This Role</strong></h3> <p>The Robotics Technician will play a critical role in assembling, maintaining, and optimizing Lucid Bots’ advanced robotic systems. You will work hands-on with robotic hardware, tools, and testing equipment to ensure our robots are built to the highest quality standards. This role will also require flying drones post-assembly for quality assurance testing.</p> <p>As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and operations team members to improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and contribute to the growth of Lucid Bots’ robotics technology.</p> <h3><strong>How You Will Flourish in This Role</strong></h3> <p>You’ll thrive at Lucid Bots if you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a fast-moving robotics team.
