<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>Rocket Now's Ads Strategy Specialist will support the development and execution of Rocket Now’s advertising strategy through data-driven analysis, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong analytical capability, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.<br>You will work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to improve advertising performance, optimize processes, and identify growth opportunities.</p>
<p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Support the development and execution of advertising business strategies and growth initiatives</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for ad products and operations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct quantitative analyses to identify revenue opportunities, pricing improvements, and operational efficiencies</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build regular performance reporting and generate insights to support leadership decision-making</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Partner cross-functionally to improve advertiser performance, campaign effectiveness, and operational workflows</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Identify business issues through data analysis and propose actionable solutions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support new ad product launches and operational improvement</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Bachelor’s degree required</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>6+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, analytics, consulting, or related fields</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and performance metrics</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Effective communication and stakeholder management skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Native proficiency in Japanese</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Business proficiency in English</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>

<p>Experience in tech, advertising, or platform businesses</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience working closely with product and sales teams</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Background in consulting or high-growth technology companies</p>
</li>

<p>Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving mindset</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience supporting revenue growth or monetization initiatives</p>
</li>
</ul>
