<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Inspects and prepares a roller head for disassembly to rebuild according to proper procedures</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Completes the proper installation of bearings for roller head assembly with correct parts</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Utilizes proper tools for assembly, installation, and rebuild of roller head including torque tools</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Performs grease purging of roller head assembly and grease blocks</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Performs preventative, predictive and proactive maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and servicing of mobile equipment to improve equipment reliability consistent with Enviva’s OEMS (Operational Excellence Management System).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provides regular maintenance of hydraulics, lubrication, of mechanical equipment; demonstrates understanding of types of lubricants and application.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"469777462":[720],"469777927":[0],"469777928":[1]}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Read and follow technical diagrams and schematics.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"469777462":[720],"469777927":[0],"469777928":[1]}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Adhere to all plant environmental, health and safety guidelines, policies and practice.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"469777462":[720],"469777927":[0],"469777928":[1]}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide technical support for efficient troubleshooting and or problem-solving activities to maximize efficiencies and limit downtime.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"469777462":[720],"469777927":[0],"469777928":[1]}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Work with the operations group to increase reliability while improving plant performance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"469777462":[720],"469777927":[0],"469777928":[1]}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Must be willing to complete training as required by Supervisor and specified by Enviva.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"469777462":[720],"469777927":[0],"469777928":[1]}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Must be able to work safely obeying OSHA and Enviva safety standards.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"469777462":[720],"469777927":[0],"469777928":[1]}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with computerized maintenance management or manual systems required </li>
<li>Strong verbal and written skills </li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications - What Sets You Apart</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">High School Diploma or GED</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with vibration analysis and precision alignment a plus</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with repairing/troubleshooting gearboxes or mechanical drive systems</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to work in outdoor environments and occasionally in temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees </li>
<li>Willing and able to work in a hot, humid, cold and noisy industrial environment </li>
<li>Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment.</li>
<li><span class="TextRun SCXW66262117 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW66262117 BCX8">Our plants operate 24x7. Must be willing and able to work twelve (12) hour shifts, to include nights, weekends, </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW66262117 BCX8">holidays</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW66262117 BCX8"> and overtime.</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW66262117 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Willing and able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day</li>
<li>Willing and able to work around moving equipment and machinery</li>
<li>Willing and able to pull and lift, up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.</li>
