About the role
Workster is mandated by one of the biggest worldwide outsourcing customer service companies to hire Romanian-speaking Content Moderators for their Team in Porto, Portugal. You will support their client, a leading chinese internet technology company.
Your Role
Moderating videos from a social media network
Following company guidelines to reach a decision on the approval, review or denial of the content
Acting quickly and decisively
Representing the brand in a professional manner
Being a Team player
Your Qualifications
C1 level of Romanian
Good English skills (B2 level)
Based in Porto
Previous experience in Content Moderation or BPO is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and resistance to stress
Being comfortable with some task repetition
Attention to detail
