Mercier Consultancy is offering an excellent opportunity for a Romanian-Speaking Gaming Support Specialist based in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will provide high-quality gaming support to Romanian-speaking players, assisting them with technical issues and ensuring an exceptional gaming experience.
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about gaming and customer support who wish to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and customer support to Romanian-speaking players
- Troubleshoot and resolve gameplay and account-related issues effectively
- Document all cases accurately and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
- Stay updated on product features, releases, and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements
- Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in gaming support or related customer service roles is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria
