<div>We're on the lookout for a <strong>Roofing Sales Consultant in Dallas & Fort Worth</strong>. You will be the first point of contact for nationwide roofing leads. Your primary responsibility is to make a strong introduction over the phone, build instant rapport, understand customer needs, and finalize the agreement. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.</div>

<div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div>
<div>- Handle incoming roofing leads from across the nation with professionalism and efficiency.</div>
<div>- Make a compelling introduction to potential customers, establishing a positive first impression.</div>
<div>- Build instant rapport with customers, creating a trustworthy and engaging conversation.</div>
<div>- Understand the specific needs and concerns of each customer, offering tailored roofing solutions.</div>
<div>- Present our low monthly payment options and nationwide fulfillment capabilities effectively.</div>
<div>- Close roofing leads over the phone with a high level of production and performance.</div>
<div>- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.</div>
<div>- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to qualify for upward mobility opportunities.</div>

<div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div>
<div>- Preferably minimum of 1 year of experience in selling roofing over the phone.</div>
<div>- Preferably proven track record of closing roofing leads with high production and performance levels.</div>
<div>- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</div>
<div>- Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs.</div>
<div>- Strong negotiation and closing skills.</div>
<div>- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.</div>
<div>- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.</div>
<div>- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</div>
