As a <strong>Routing Implementation Specialist</strong>, you'll be the expert who brings BizStride's Logistics software to life for our customers: guiding them from onboarding through go-live and beyond. If you love solving problems, working directly with people, and building expertise in logistics tech, this role is built for you.</p> <p><strong>Position Type:&nbsp;</strong>Full Time, Hybrid - will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Project management</li> <li>Train new and existing customers to use our logistics software</li> <li>Analyze customers’ routing and scheduling operations to determine the best use of our software and services</li> <li>Implement tools and verify customer data required to perform logistics services</li> <li>Provide post-implementation support</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills — you're comfortable presenting to end users and management</li> <li>Adaptable and resourceful — you handle shifting priorities and change with confidence</li> <li>Self-directed and collaborative — able to manage multiple projects independently while staying connected with your team</li> <li>Comfortable working with data — prior experience in logistics or routing is a plus, but not required</li> <li>Comfortable working flexible hours to adapt to customer needs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why VIP?</strong></p> <p>We’re a technology company with deep roots in the beverage distribution industry.
