This is a <strong>critical leadership role</strong> responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions, ensuring production stability, and driving measurable business value through intelligent automation.&nbsp;The ideal candidate is a&nbsp;<strong>hands-on automation leader</strong> who combines deep technical expertise with strong people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.</p> </div> <p><strong>As our&nbsp; RPA Automation Manager you will be required to:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Automation Delivery &amp; Technical Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and manage the <strong>end-to-end RPA lifecycle</strong>: process discovery, solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.</li> <li>Design and oversee <strong>enterprise-grade automations</strong> using <strong>UiPath (Cloud &amp; Desktop)</strong> and <strong>Power Automate</strong>.</li> <li>Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for <strong>security, performance, scalability, resiliency, and auditability</strong>.</li> <li>Lead complex automations involving <strong>API integrations (REST/SOAP)</strong>, databases, and cross-system workflows.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve <strong>production issues</strong>, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Mentorship</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and guide a team of <strong>RPA Developers, Senior Developers, and RPA Ops Engineers</strong>.</li> <li>Review solution designs, code quality, and adherence to best practices (e.g., <strong>REFramework</strong>).</li> <li>Support hiring, onboarding, upskilling, and performance management of RPA team members.</li> <li>Promote a culture of <strong>quality, ownership, and continuous learning</strong>.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Business Partnership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the <strong>primary point of contact</strong> for business stakeholders on all RPA initiatives.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into <strong>scalable automation solutions</strong> with clear ROI.</li> <li>Partner with IT, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams for deployments and environment stability.</li> <li>Support prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery commitments across multiple initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Governance &amp; Operational Excellence</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and enforce <strong>RPA standards, frameworks, and development guidelines</strong>.</li> <li>Maintain strong <strong>documentation practices</strong>, including process maps, design documents, runbooks, and support guides.</li> <li>Monitor bot health, uptime, and operational KPIs to ensure reliable production performance.</li> <li>Contribute to or collaborate with the&nbsp;<strong>RPA / Automation Center of Excellence (CoE)</strong>.</li> </ul> <p><strong>To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>8–12 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in RPA</li> <li>Strong hands-on expertise in&nbsp;<strong>UiPath</strong> (Studio, Orchestrator, enterprise deployment models).</li> <li>Prior experience in a&nbsp;<strong>technical manager role</strong> within RPA or Intelligent Automation.</li> <li>Understanding and Experience in “Agentic AI” in automation is desirable.</li> <li>Solid experience with:</li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li><strong>REFramework</strong> and reusable automation patterns</li> <li>API integrations and authentication mechanisms</li> <li>Databases and SQL fundamentals</li> <li>Version control systems (Git or equivalent)</li> <li>RPA lifecycle management and exception handling</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <div> <div><strong>Ready to lead automation at scale and turn intelligent workflows into real business impact?
