You will work closely with developers, business analysts and project&nbsp;managers to deliver high-quality, scalable automations. This role focuses on hands-on&nbsp;development and delivery (development, testing, deployment and hypercare).</p> <p class="p3"><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <p class="p2">• Design, develop, test and deploy UiPath automations and associated low-code solutions&nbsp;(Power Automate / Power Apps where applicable).</p> <p class="p2">• Implement Document Understanding (DU) / IXP pipelines for document classification,&nbsp;extraction and validation.</p> <p class="p2">• Integrate automations with external systems (APIs, databases, web applications, CUDL-like&nbsp;platforms).</p> <p class="p2">• Build transaction-based processes using REFramework and Orchestrator queues; implement&nbsp;retry/backoff, poison-item handling and monitoring.</p> <p class="p2">• Produce technical artifacts: PDD/SDD, runbooks, test cases and release notes.</p> <p class="p2">• Participate in code reviews, version control and ALM practices to promote Dev → Test → Prod&nbsp;deployments.</p> <p class="p2">• Troubleshoot production issues, support hypercare and handover to support teams.</p> <p class="p2">• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver business value.</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s7"><strong>What will you need to succeed:</strong></span></p> <p class="p2">• 3–6 years of professional experience in RPA development, with strong hands-on UiPath&nbsp;experience (development in Studio and use of Orchestrator).</p> <p class="p2">• Solid experience with REFramework, queue-based transaction processing and robust&nbsp;exception handling.</p> <p class="p2">• Experience integrating with APIs and databases; familiarity with data mapping and&nbsp;error-handling patterns.</p> <p class="p2">• Familiarity with basic scripting/programming; Python experience preferred.</p> <p class="p2">• Experience producing technical documentation (PDD/SDD, runbooks) and participating in&nbsp;code review/ALM processes.</p> <p class="p2">• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate with technical&nbsp;and non-technical stakeholders.</p> <p class="p3"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <p class="p2">• Experience with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Power BI.</p> <p class="p2">• Prior exposure to enterprise environments (credit union, financial services) and&nbsp;compliance/regulatory projects.</p> <p class="p2">• Practical experience implementing Document Understanding / IXP or similar OCR/ML&nbsp;document-processing solutions is preferred.</p> <p class="p3"><strong>What do we offer:</strong></p> <p class="p2">• Competitive compensation packages</p> <p class="p2">• Paid time off, including vacation days and company holidays.</p> <p class="p2">• Flexible work arrangements to promote healthy work-life balance.</p> <p class="p2">• Employee recognition and development programs</p> <p class="p2">• A culture of innovation and creativity</p> <p class="p2">• Growth Opportunities</p> <p class="p2">• A fun-loving and diverse team that celebrates each other's successes and embraces i<span class="s8">ndividuality.</span><strong>We are committed to a diverse </strong><strong>and inclusive recruitment.</strong><span class="s9"><strong> </strong></span><span class="s8">Greenlight is </span>proud to always have and continue to be an&nbsp;equal opportunity employer.
