In this role, you will work closely with data scientists and campaign managers to improve RTB (Real-Time Bidding) campaign performance through model enhancements, strategic insights, and cross-team collaboration. You will have the opportunity to run large-scale A/B testing experiments on billions of ad requests daily, identify key signals that drive performance, and shape the optimization direction based on real-time data and industry trends. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about advertising technology, machine learning applications, and performance marketing.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with data scientists and campaign managers to improve <strong>RTB</strong> model and algorithm performance.</li> <li>Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify optimization opportunities.</li> <li>Drive data-informed decision-making to improve campaign outcomes.</li> <li>Design and evaluate<strong> A/B experiments </strong>at scale using billions of daily auction requests.</li> <li>Research and test end-to-end RTB ad serving behaviors to uncover areas for improvement.</li> <li>Explore and evaluate potential new signals to enhance model effectiveness.</li> <li>Collaborate with the SSP partnership team to optimize traffic quality and supply-side performance.</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional requirements with strong communication and alignment across teams.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><strong><br></strong> <strong>Education:</strong> Background in Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.</p> <p><strong>Availability:</strong> Must be available full-time; based in TW preferred.</p> <p><strong>Language Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficient in English and Mandarin; able to clearly articulate ideas and findings across technical and non-technical audiences.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in digital advertising campaign operations, media buying, or performance optimization—especially within RTB environments—is a strong plus.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>#LI-AK1</p>
