Run Your Own Coffee Bar (Independent Operator)

Frameworks Berlin is a contemporary picture framing studio and gallery space located on Marienstraße in Berlin. We focus on museum-quality framing and thoughtful presentation of artworks.

Within our space, we have built a small espresso bar and are now offering a unique opportunity for an independent operator to take it over and run it as their own business.

This is not a traditional employment role. It is a chance for someone to step into a functioning, beautifully located space and build their own coffee concept within an established environment.

Tasks

Take full ownership of the coffee bar operations

• Build and run your own concept, menu, and pricing
• Handle daily service, prep, and cleanliness
• Manage sourcing and stock
• Actively promote your offering via social media and your own network
• Create a strong, consistent presence within the space
• Support simple “to-go” frame checkouts when needed

Requirements

**Requirements**

Real experience in a coffee shop (you’ve worked behind the machine, not just “interested in coffee”)

• Entrepreneurial mindset — you want to run something, not be managed
• Strong self-initiative and reliability
• Existing audience or proven ability to drive attention (social media preferred)
• Comfortable working independently and taking full responsibility
