Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career</p> <hr> <p><strong>Key duties…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bring food/drink quickly from the kitchen/bar to its respective location in the restaurants and deliver to members. &nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Provides service to and is accountable for an assigned section.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service.&nbsp;</li> <li>Polishing cutlery ensuring they are ready for service. &nbsp;</li> <li>Preparing any additions to tables in advance (preparing lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions etc)&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure all service equipment is handled carefully and stored correctly.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain a spotless and pristine working environment. &nbsp;</li> <li>Attending regular meetings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings.</li> </ul> <hr> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p> <ul> <li>2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a hands-on approach&nbsp;</li> <li>Confident, polished, and professional demeanour&nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional communication and organisational skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
