About the role

<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>F&amp;G is growing very quickly in the Bank and Independent Broker-Dealer channel. The Regional Vice President is responsible for growing market share for F&amp;G’s fixed, indexed, and registered index-linked annuity products. This position strongly prefers candidates to reside in or within a reasonable commuting distance of the state of Florida. The role involves regular travel to local client sites, making proximity essential to effectively support client needs and maintain strong relationships.</p> <p>This position will work closely with and report directly to the Divisional VP , Financial Institutions Channel, partner with a Senior Internal Wholesaler (SIW) and liaise with National Accounts Team to grow annuity market share for F&amp;G in the assigned territory.</p> <p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver a winning business and marketing plan to build out a multi-state territory, establishing F&amp;G as a leader in our space</li> <li>Develop deep relationships with financial professionals based on the value you provide, the knowledge you share, and the integrity you operate with</li> <li>Partner with Bank Program Managers, OSJs and other key centers of influence to help educate advisors and grow their businesses</li> <li>Demonstrate with advisors how F&amp;G’s annuity solutions can help create a more predictable retirement for their clients via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings</li> <li>Collaborate with our National Accounts Team to uncover opportunities for broader exposure at each bank or Broker-Dealer we partner with</li> <li>Partner and plan with Senior Internal Wholesaler to effectively operate your territory as a team</li> <li>Represent F&amp;G at industry conferences, distributor meetings, and other events as requested</li> <li>Prioritize your time and budget effectively to meet or exceed sales targets for the territory</li> </ul> <p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:&nbsp; </strong>This role does not have formal people leadership responsibilities but may provide guidance, mentorship, or subject matter expertise to others.</p> <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Extensive knowledge of retirement income planning and annuities</li> <li>Expert delivery of presentations to all audience sizes</li> <li>Clearly articulated history of growing territories</li> <li>Well-respected by the financial professional community in your territory</li> <li>Proficiency in utilizing web-based sales and training tools, including Microsoft 365 and Salesforce</li> <li>Creativity: the ability to package often commonly available information and ideas in a creative and memorable way</li> <li>Superior communication skills: oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are critical</li> <li>Be comfortable with change and able to adjust as we grow</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree-Combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.</li> <li>10+ year of relevant experience successfully wholesaling in the bank and IBD channels</li> <li>Licenses/Certifications - Life Health Licenses, FINRA Series 6 or 7, Series 63 (or 65 or 66) Licenses</li> </ul> <p><strong>Other Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>This position primarily involves sedentary work, requiring long periods of sitting, regular use of a computer, and occasional standing or walking, with reasonable accommodations available.</li> <li>Perform other functions, duties and projects as assigned</li> <li>Regular and punctual attendance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ability to travel up to:&nbsp; </strong>80% of the time</p> <p>#LI-JB1</p> <p>#LI-Remote</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><h3><strong>Additional Information </strong></h3> <p><strong>Work Environments</strong></p> <p>F&amp;G believes in an employee-centric flexible environment, which is why we offer the ability for in-office, hybrid and remote work arrangements.
