Sacramento - Construction Inspector - Water Main & Water Meter Retrofit Project

<p><strong>Position: Construction Inspector - Water Pipelines</strong></p> <p><strong>Hourly: </strong>$40.00 - $45.00 per hour&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong><strong><br></strong><strong>·</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>8 hour shift<strong><br></strong><strong>·</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Monday to Friday</p> <p><strong>Work Location:</strong> On the road (Sacramento, CA)&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Duties:</strong><br>· Water Utility/Pipeline/Water Meter Inspection.<br>· Utilities Water Troubleshooting.<br>·&nbsp;<em>Hot tapping</em>&nbsp;on existing watermains.<br>· Water system installation of new pipelines, replacement, and repairs.<br>·&nbsp;<em>Hydrostatic Pressure testing</em>.<br>· Inspection of various types of pipelines including&nbsp;<em>Ductile Iron pipe.</em><br>· Inspecting various projects that include but are not limited to Watermain&nbsp;Replacements, Developers, Reservoirs, New Installations, etc.<br>· Overseeing General Contractors.<br>· Ensuring that the projects are in compliance with the codes, construction&nbsp;documents, contracts and meets client’s specifications.</p> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong><br><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have project experience in tank and sanitation.</li> <li>Must be able to read drawings, plans and permits.</li> <li>Must be able to prepare daily inspection reports using Microsoft word.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><em><strong>Please note, if you move forward in the submission process, you will be asked to provide the following below.</strong></em></p> <ol> <li><em><strong>Most updated resume</strong></em></li> <li><em><strong>3-4 Professional References</strong></em></li> </ol> <p><strong>O2EPCM, Inc.&nbsp;</strong>is a prominent award-winning experienced firm providing Professional, Technical, Consulting and Management Services in the Planning, Design, Engineering and Construction Industry to Local, State, Federal Government Agencies, Utility Companies and Private Clients.
