This role serves as the designated safety coordinator when required and partners closely with field teams to maintain a safe working environment.</p> <p>This position is based on site in Taylor, Texas (Austin area).</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the designated safety coordinator for onsite teams as required</li> <li>Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and customer-specific safety standards</li> <li>Conduct safety audits, inspections, and daily site checks</li> <li>Monitor field activities to ensure safe work practices are followed</li> <li>Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions</li> <li>Maintain safety documentation, logs, and compliance records</li> <li>Coordinate safety training and ensure certifications are up to date</li> <li>Serve as liaison between site teams and customer safety representatives</li> <li>Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of safety experience in industrial, construction, or semiconductor environments</li> <li>OSHA 30 certification required</li> <li>Ability to meet customer site requirements for designated safety coordinator</li> <li>Strong verbal communication skills in English</li> <li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel from home to customer site daily</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting semiconductor fab environments</li> <li>Familiarity with contractor safety management programs</li> <li>Strong organizational and documentation skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Details</strong></p> <ul> <li>Location: Onsite - Austin, TX</li> <li>Work Schedule: Onsite, regular business hours (may vary based on site needs)</li> <li>Travel: Local daily commute to customer site</li> <li>Relocation: Not provided</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Apply today to be part of what’s next.</strong></p> <p>We make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world.
