Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities and duties for Safety Coordinator include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Lead daily presentation of safety reports;

• Process safety reports including update of MORs within ECCAIRS platform;

• Support to Safety Managers and Safety Officers in continuous Safety Management System improvement;

• Review and maintain safety department documentation;

• Preparing and maintaining regular safety reports;

• Lead safety promotion activities;

• Liaising with stakeholders across departments.

Required qualifications and certifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience within Safety Management Systems in Aviation environment;

• Knowledge of SMS EASA requirements;

• Knowledge and understanding of Safety Management Systems;

• Knowledge and understanding of Just Culture principles;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Computer skills and ability to use common office software (Excel & PowerPoint required and Power BI not required, but beneficial);

• Excellent written and verbal English.
