About the role

Our subsidiary (Nabeh) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager with experience in Document Management Systems (DMS) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by promoting enterprise technology solutions.

The candidate should have previous experience working with service providers, system integrators, or technology solution companies, with strong knowledge of DMS platforms and enterprise sales processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts
  • Identify client needs and provide suitable DMS and ECM solutions
  •  Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  •  Handle the full sales cycle, including prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals
  •  Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
  •  Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client workshops
  •  Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales reports
  •  Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Requirements

Educational Qualification, Professional Certifications and Affiliations:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager in the technology industry
  • Strong experience in selling Document Management Systems (DMS) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
  •  Hands-on experience with solutions such as:
  1.   IBM FileNet
  2. Laserfiche
  • Previous experience working with service providers or system integrators  
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales and customer engagement strategies.

Language Skills:

  • Native Arabic speaker.
  • Fluent in English.
