<h2>Description of you</h2>
<p>We’re looking for an <strong>Account Executive </strong>to join the Mailtrap team and take ownership of the full sales cycle. <a href="http://mailtrap.io">Mailtrap.io</a> is a B2B SaaS platform trusted by 1M+ users worldwide. We help developer and product teams test, optimize, and deliver emails with confidence so their work runs smoothly every day.</p>
<p>You’ll work in a fully remote, async-first environment with minimal bureaucracy, where people value clarity, ownership, and quality.</p>

<h2>What we’re looking for</h2>
<ul>
<li>Senior-level expertise in sales and account management, with at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS environments</li>
<li>Management skills - own scope, cross-team collaboration, and willingness to grow </li>
<li>Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken</li>
<li>Confidence in conducting demo calls, negotiating, and driving results</li>
<li>Ability to deeply understand the Mailtrap product, including its technical aspects, and independently address common technical questions from customers</li>
<li>Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and analytics</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales tools, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.</li>
<li>AI should be used effectively and responsibly to improve work outcomes and decision-making</li>
<li>Proactiveness, ownership, and a result-oriented mindset</li>
</ul>
<h2>What you will be responsible for</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Product demos & account management:</strong> Lead and run product demos, introductory calls, and follow-ups to guide users through the sales process, and provide further assistance</li>
<li><strong>Relationship management & partnerships:</strong> Build and maintain strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships to drive long-term success and satisfaction</li>
<li><strong>End-to-end sales ownership:</strong> Manage the full sales cycle, including CRM management, reporting, and coordination of legal/contracting steps</li>
<li><strong>Cross-functional collaboration:</strong> Work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and customer success teams to align efforts and maximize results</li>
<li><strong>Performance tracking & optimization:</strong> Use data and dashboards to monitor performance, improve sales workflows, and continuously optimize outcomes</li>
