**The Role** Sales Admin will support sales and customer communication by managing administrative tasks, keeping the CRM up to date, assisting with the planning and execution of in showroom, and handling day-to-day communication. This role is primarily administrative and support-focused, with most interactions conducted through written communication.

Tasks

  • Maintain and update the **CRM system** accurately and consistently
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of in showroom, new collection launches, or buyer meetings.
  • Handle incoming messages professionally and promptly
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries and follow-ups
  • Route more complex queries to the relevant internal team
  • Ensure all client interactions and information are properly recorded
  • Support sales operations with general administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to confidently interact with clients at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, diligent, and consistent in handling routine tasks
  • Good written and speaking communication skills (English)
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic digital tools
  • Reliable, patient, and has a good attitude
  • Willingness to learn and follow processes
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
