**The Role** Sales Admin will support sales and customer communication by managing administrative tasks, keeping the CRM up to date, assisting with the planning and execution of in showroom, and handling day-to-day communication. This role is primarily administrative and support-focused, with most interactions conducted through written communication.
Tasks
- Maintain and update the **CRM system** accurately and consistently
- Assisting with the planning and execution of in showroom, new collection launches, or buyer meetings.
- Handle incoming messages professionally and promptly
- Respond to basic customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Route more complex queries to the relevant internal team
- Ensure all client interactions and information are properly recorded
- Support sales operations with general administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to confidently interact with clients at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and consistent in handling routine tasks
- Good written and speaking communication skills (English)
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic digital tools
- Reliable, patient, and has a good attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools
