ABOUT THE ROLE


We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented student to join our Sales team at Sofascore as a Sales Administration Student. This is a hands-on opportunity to get a close-up look at how commercial operations work at one of the leading sports-tech platforms in the world — right from our Zagreb office.

In this role, you’ll support our Account Management, Sales Executives, and Sales Backoffice teams with the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep campaigns running smoothly — from setting up new campaigns and preparing reports to handling invoicing. You’ll be based in our office and work approximately 80 hours per month, primarily during the last and first week of each month, when operational workload is at its peak.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers and Sales Executives in the end-to-end campaign setup process, including entry and configuration of new advertising campaigns in internal systems
  • Assist with the preparation of regular performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Handle invoicing tasks in coordination with the AM, SE, and Sales Backoffice teams, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Support the Sales Backoffice team with reporting workflows and invoice reconciliation
  • Maintain and update records across internal tools and systems, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
  • Communicate with internal teams (Ad Operations, Finance, Account Management) to resolve discrepancies and keep processes on track
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed

What you bring to the team

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accuracy and follow-through
  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and structured data (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a plus)
  • Reliable and proactive — able to manage recurring tasks independently within set deadlines
  • A team player who communicates clearly and is comfortable coordinating across different departments
  • Familiarity with invoicing or financial administration is considered a plus, but not required
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Comfortable commuting to and working from our Zagreb office
