About us

SquareOne is a Limassol-based property developer building real estate designed to perform. Our sales team converts qualified buyer leads into closed homes and investments across 45 active developments and we're growing.

We're hiring a Sales Administrator to be the operational backbone of that team.

Position Summary

CRM hygiene & data. Keep our HubSpot pipeline clean and trustworthy — update deals and stages, maintain contact records, dedupe and fix data issues, and support reporting so the team always works from accurate numbers.

Reservation Agreement & SPA administration. Process Reservation Agreement paperwork, coordinate signatures, and track every document through to a signed SPA, keeping deals moving and nothing slipping through the cracks.

Team & calendar support. Schedule meetings, prepare materials, manage follow-ups, and keep the sales team's logistics running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in sales support, administration, or operations, real estate experience is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills and genuine attention to detail; you catch the error before it becomes a problem
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) and the standard office/productivity toolkit
  • Fluent English; Russian and/or Greek a strong advantage given our client base
  • Proactive, reliable, and calm under a fast pace
