About the role
Are you an experienced hunter and sales professional with a proven track record in the AdNetwork industry? We are seeking a Sales Advertising Manager who can grow alongside the project and achieve new heights. You’ll be part of a stable and friendly team in a people-oriented environment that values trust, collaboration, and mutual support.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Advertiser Manager or Hunter
- Experience with CPM, CPC and flat deals is mandatory
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-driven, brings ideas and solutions
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Independent and takes ownership and responsibility
- Strong communicator, open and confident in sharing ideas and opinions

Responsibilities:
- Search for and hunt new advertisers (50% hunting, 50% accounting)
- Achieve sales targets
- Establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Collaborate with the publishers' team
- Attend industry conferences and events
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape
